How to Make an Enquiry / Place an Order

ENQUIRIES may be made by phone (evenings only, please), e-mail or through the post (if enquiring by post, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope or an international reply coupon if writing from abroad). Please give me as much detail as you can. ORDERS should be in writing, either e-mail or post. Telephone orders can be accepted on the understanding that I accept no responsibility for any omissions or misinterpretation of verbal instructions. Please tell me the sources of any information you already possess (e.g. family bible, birth/marriage certificates, obituaries, memories of an aged relative etc.) and indicate what research you have already undertaken. This is important, as it will prevent unnecessary duplication of effort. You may choose to send me photocopies of documents you already possess - e.g. marriage certificates. Please give clear instructions on what you want me to do. If you'd prefer to leave it to me to decide the details of what and how, please say so. Tell me if you want to limit the initial block of work to a certain figure in £'s, or a certain number of hours. Do not send any money in advance. I always prefer my customers to see what they are getting for their money. I am always glad to answer any queries about the work I have done.
