1. £10 an hour basic charge
   
2. Travelling expenses: usually £6 a day for work done in Worcester. Expenses to other Record Offices will be quoted on request
   
3. Incidental expenditure for photocopying, birth/marriage certificates etc., charged at cost.

New customers are recommended to allocate an initial budget (in £ or hours) when they place their order. After I have sent my first report, customers can decide if they would like me to continue with the research.

Payment preferably in sterling. Please enquire about other currencies. Sorry, but credit card facilities are not available. Cheques should by made payable to Worcestershire Roots.
